Family Hub’s in BCP (Children’s Centres)

The Family Hub’s (formerly Children’s Centres) offer a range of support to families living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. By working alongside local communities, with other professionals and the voluntary sector, they aim to provide the right help at the right time for you and your family. They provide help from pregnancy onwards and support families with children aged 0 to 19 (or up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities).
