We are Puddle Ducks Dorset offering swimming lessons for babies, pre-schoolers and children in Poole, Ferndown, Blandford, New Milton and Wimborne. Our baby classes start from birth and we teach children all the way up to 10 years in our Swim Academy.
From the moment your child is born you want them to be confident in the water and learn to love and respect it. Puddle Ducks Dorset will take you and your little ones on a journey that starts with a splash and transforms into beautiful strokes that encourage strong swimming for life.
Our Baby & Pre-school programme is taught in lovely pools with a maximum of ten children, our classes incorporate rhyme, music and movement based on extensive child development research.
Progression through our classes is 100% child-led and our teachers tailor lessons to suit your little one’s ability and confidence. Babies as young as six months learn water safety and personal survival skills and our school children also learn life-saving skills.
Many can already swim 10m before they even go into reception!
