The plot centers around Brad and Janet, two innocent, straight-laced characters who find themselves stranded at the mysterious Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s mansion. From there, things get delightfully chaotic as they encounter strange creatures, risque antics, and, of course, the eccentric and fabulous Frank-N-Furter—who steals the show with every line and every high note. The blend of humor, camp, and catchy tunes like “Time Warp” and “Sweet Transvestite” has kept audiences coming back for decades.
Directed by Christopher Luscombe, The Rocky Horror show is the biggest party and features timeless classics, including “Sweet Transvestite”, “Dammit Janet”, and of course, the pelvic thrusting showstopping “Time Warp”.

Unlike my friend who I brought along as my plus one, I have never seen the original movie or the show so I knew nothing about the story plot so I was very excited about the show! At the Pre Show Press event we got a little taste of a short performance for the most important moves when the Timewarp comes on and we enjoyed some hot Frank N Furters and took some fun pictures with the props!
What I can I say, The Rocky Horror Show is an absolute blast from start to finish—wild, weird, and totally fun. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned fan, it’s hard not to get swept up in the infectious energy of this cult classic. The show’s mix of rock ‘n’ roll, outrageous costumes, and over-the-top performances creates an unforgettable night out. I have never been to a show where there was so many people dressed up as characters – quirky, wonderful and all the glitter it was brilliant! And another thing that makes this show stand out is its immersive, audience-participation aspect. It’s a show that doesn’t just encourage you to watch—it wants you to be part of the madness, making each performance unique and exciting for example chanting back at the stage when the narrator is telling the story.
Alongside phenomenal singing from the entire cast we thought Nathan Caton did an amazing job as the Narrator with his wittyness and audience charm and Lauren Chia who played Janet voice was incredible and so powerful!
In short, The Rocky Horror Show is a fantastic, exhilarating ride that is anything but ordinary. It’s weird and wonderful, and it’s impossible not to have a great time. If you’re up for some laughter, a little bit of weirdness, and a whole lot of fun, this show is a total must-see! Next time I go and see the show I will 100% dress up too!
