When we visited the play cafe we took a little walkthrough video of the play area, there is so much to explore for the little ones from a teepee, a gorgeous wooden playhouse with a kitchen and doll bed inside, a ball pit, a dressing up suitcase, a music station, the woodland store and so much more… as well as a lovely area for babies with a play frame and of course the cafe area – check it out on our Instagram channel:

Wild Ones Play Cafe will be open Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am – 3pm. Saturday’s will be for private hire only and Sunday’s the Play Cafe will stay closed.
There are 2 sessions available:
MORNING SESSION:
9:30AM – 11:30AM
AFTERNOON SESSION:
12:30PM – 2:30PM
Each session lasts two hours where your little ones can discover our play facilities and let their imaginations run wild. You can book a session here.
We will always accommodate walk-ins where possible, but due to popular demand we highly recommend booking your session in advance.
When selecting your tickets, you must ensure that you select BOTH a seating option and tickets for each child. Tables and benches have access to our corner cafe where children and adults can enjoy some tasty snacks and treats from our menu.
Entry is £3 for children aged 0-6 months and £4.50 for children aged 6 Months – 4 years and newborn in arms are free. There is also siblings discount available.
Children of school age are welcome to eat in the cafe but the play area is not suitable for them.
There are toilet and changing facilities available and even a comfy chair in the back room if you would like to breastfeed your baby or just need to have a some time to chill for a bit.
There are delicious freshly baked pastries each morning to go with your hot drink, which is always a great start to the day.
A selection of paninis is also on offer, these include veggie & vegan options. All of which you can team up with some tasty chips if you fancy.
There is always a beautiful selection of cakes, cupcakes, brownies & cookies supplied by a local baker for when you’re in a ‘oh go on then!’ mood.

Wild Ones Play Cafe is run by Becca a Mum of 2 and this what she has to say about opening her Play Cafe:
“After having my own small children, being on maternity leave and days off I realised it can get very lonely as I’m sure lots of you know, so having somewhere nearby that you can spend some meaningful time with your little one but also be in a social environment around other adults becomes a life line.
We aim to provide an environment where little ones can be free to explore and play while you can either relax with a coffee alone, chat with like minded parents & carers, or meet with friends.
All of our pastries, cakes & coffee are from local businesses, as putting back into our local community is important to us. We plan to have lots of community events so please keep an eye on our socials once we are open. We can’t wait to welcome you & your little ones!”
