Poole Parkrun starts at West Field, near to the crazy golf facility in Poole Park.
Bournemouth Parkrun starts on the grass at the rear of the Athletics Stadium, just past the skate park.
Upton House Parkrun starts on a path on the right after you enter the open area of the park through the gate just past the tea rooms.
