Yoga for all children outside in nature on the little green (right hand side of chesildene drive if going towards castle point from Broadway pub ) at muscliffe just off chesildene drive and close to ashurst road ( back road to castle point) ages 4-11. We will have space to socially distance as much as possible.
Aiming to run this every other Tuesday. If lots of interest we can go weekly.

Includes: breathe work, yoga asana, meditation.
I will be taking donations for the Animal rescue centre in Goa where they desperately need help to get many dogs & pups fed through the Goa Monsoon.
I spend Winter there & help when I can. 🐶
