The ‘Being Calm’ Workshop
***This is a free workshop***
This workshop has been developed in collaboration with an Educational Psychologist. The aim is to offer tools and strategies to help your child when they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
The workshop will last around an hour and all your child needs to bring is a pen, paper and an open mind.
In preparation for the webinar, it would be useful for your child to consider:
✅ How they feel when they are worried or anxious
✅ What makes them feel this way
✅ How do they currently respond to challenging circumstances and events
We look forward to enabling your child with ways and strategies to overcome negative thoughts and feelings.
